In 2011, Teresa Tiano and Katy Kosyachkova were diagnosed with stomach cancer. As they began their journey, they found very few places to turn to for help, so they turned to each other.

We were at very different points in our lives, and were brought together by a disease for which there was not much information, not much support and very little funding. We decided to change that by starting My Gut Feeling.
